Full body barbell workout from ze weekend. I wanted to do a full body workout and some conditioning but it was crazy busy so I decided to just grab a barbell and stake my claim to a corner of the studio. This kicked my butt. – I did 50 reps of each exercise. The idea was to complete it as quickly as possible and regulate my rest periods to make sure I wasn’t ever ‘maxing out’ or going to failure before resting. That would make subsequent sets far more challenging to complete and demand more rest time.
