Terms & Conditions

1. Delivery

After we have successfully processed your payment, you will be displayed with a purchase confirmation screen which contains a link to download the product. You will also receive an email to the email address which you specified during checkout. This may take up to 1 hour to arrive, but usually happens within minutes of placing the order. If you do not receive an email after this time period or have any issue downloading your product then please contact us.

2. Ownership

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership rights to any of our products. All products are property of Mediabeta srl. They are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied. We shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or losses that occur out of the use or inability to use our products.

3. Re-distribution

It is not permitted to include any of Mediabeta plugins in a theme or other plugin which will be redistributed. Mediabeta will not provide plugin updates or product support for any Mediabeta plugin/license that has been bundled, re-packaged, re-sold or re-distributed by an original Mediabeta customer of that plugin or license.

4. Site Content

All site content, including imagery and documentation that is published on Mediabetaprojects.com is the property of Mediabeta srl. Any replicated site content must be authorized in advanced. Content from this site shall not be used or exploited for commercial or non-commercial purposes without the prior written consent of Mediabeta srl.

5. Support and Updates

Technical support and software upgrades are provided electronically only – via updates on the section “My Downloads” of My Account page or via email – to customers who have an active license which they have purchased. When you buy our product, you have support and updates for 1 year from the date of purchase. We are happy to help if you are having trouble getting our products to work in your environment or find a bug.  However any major modification that involves custom code or more than a few lines of css are out of scope of the support policy. We do not offer telephone support.

You are responsible for having up to date backup of Your website including all data prior to giving access to Mediabeta’s support staff. Mediabeta is not responsible for site being down or any lost data.

Our team does its best to ensure high level of functionality and customer satisfaction from Mediabeta products. For this purpose our team regularly releases updates for the products to ensure compatibility with browsers, WordPress different versions, third party plugins, themes, bug fixes and overall advancement of the product.

Since the frequency and quantity of the updates depends on the product, user demand, felt need and available resources and Mediabeta scope, Mediabeta reserves the right to decide on number, type and frequency of updates for particular product.
If Your license expired, you will not be able to access updates, while the ownership title of the purchased product will vest in You and You will be able to use the product “as is”, according to the product’s license.

6. Third Party APIs

Some of our products use third party APIs as Instagram API (including, but not limited to Payment Gateway integrations, integrations with Social Networks and other online services), over which Mediabeta has no control and therefore cannot have responsibility.

7. Compatibility

We are committed to make sure that our products are compatible with latest versions of CMS and widely used browsers. There might be cases out of our control when the browser does not support certain standards, which in turn may result in partial functionality of our products. Similarly some other incompatibility issues may arise with third party plugins, themes, etc. For these cases our team provides workarounds within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Refund Policy

We care about our plugins and customers. We want to ensure that you are happy with your purchase and that our products work correctly in your website environment.

If you have any questions, problems or concerns with any of our products then please let us know by simply  using the form on the support page.

Mediabeta generally does not make refunds, as our products are intangible. Here are the cases when we consider a full refund:

  • If You purchase some particular product by mistake and have not yet downloaded it from Your account.
  • If You found a bug, contacted our support team and we were not able to solve the issue within a reasonable timeframe (usually in 48 hours).

Hence, before requesting a refund give a chance to our support team to address your issue. After 30 days of the original purchase, no refunds can be given.

9. Transactional Emails

Mediabeta srl may on occasion send you email notifications related to your product. These transactional emails may include notification of licensing changes, changes to our terms and conditions, license expiration notices and other transactional emails related to your purchase.

10. Price Changes

Mediabeta reserves the right to change the price of any product at any time. Any price change will be reflected on mediabetaprojects.com. In the event that any price is lowered, you will not be entitled to a refund for the difference in the price from the time you purchased the product.

11. Warranty

Our products are guaranteed to function on a clean installation of WordPress. We do not guarantee it will function with all 3rd party plugins or with all web browsers. We are not responsible for any plugin compatibility conflicts that may occur. It is our policy to support our plugins as best we can and we will provide support for 3rd party plugin conflicts at our discretion or as time allows. We are not responsible for any data loss that may occur as a result of installing this plugin.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Mediabeta srl against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of any of our plugins, including but not limited to your violation of this Agreement.

By purchasing our product(s) you indicate that you have read and agree to the Terms & Conditions detailed on this page.
